1. Service Agreement
By engaging Honest Gardeners' services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include garden assessment, maintenance, landscaping, and related outdoor care activities as specified in your service agreement.
2. Service Delivery
We commit to providing professional garden care services according to the schedule and specifications outlined in your chosen package. Service dates may be adjusted due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Payment Terms
Monthly service fees are due in advance. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and checks. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 10-day grace period.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all new services. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll redo the work or provide a refund as appropriate.
5. Cancellation Policy
Services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be provided on a prorated basis.
6. Liability and Insurance
Honest Gardeners maintains comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing plant diseases or environmental factors beyond our control.
7. Property Access
Customers must provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times. We respect your privacy and property, and our team is bonded and insured.
8. Modifications
These terms may be updated periodically. Customers will be notified of significant changes with 30 days advance notice.
